General faq

You can email us anytime at [email protected]. We try to reply to all customer service requests within 6 hours.

First, the seller is verified to ensure their identity is authentic. Once approved, the seller can list their items for sale on NARP Clothing. The seller has the sovereignty to run their closet however they want, thus controlling their market value

Items with a heart indicate proceeds of the sale will be donated to charity.

We work hard to ensure all items sold on NARP Clothing are 100% authentic. All sellers are personally verified and are former student-athletes or athletes who no longer maintain NCAA eligibility. Our goal is to be the most trusted marketplace for collegiate apparel and accessories. If we determine items you purchase are inauthentic or they are not as described, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund.

Seller faq

To ensure quality and authentic items, we must approve the identity of all sellers. We encourage you to request to become a seller on NARP Clothing by tapping on the sell tab and filling out the required information. We’ll notify you as soon as your request has been approved.

Users may not share seller accounts. Users who are found to be sharing seller accounts may be suspended from selling.

Sellers are paid when the item(s) gets delivered

Sales tax will apply based on a buyer’s shipping address rather than a buyer’s billing address.
Sales tax will apply to all purchases of taxable items for applicable states, even for current offers that are completed at a later time.

We deter our sellers from canceling orders. If you need to cancel, please immediately contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “cancel order”

We suspend sellers who (I) repeatedly attempt to sell inauthentic items, or (ii) have seller ratings below 75. If you feel as though your seller account was canceled or suspended by mistake, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “suspended account.”

Buyer FAQ

You can contact us for additional assistance at [email protected] with the subject line “confirmation email”

Please allow 4-5 business days for processing. Once processed, you will be provided a tracking number.

You may cancel your order before the seller confirms it. If the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled.

If you have an issue with an item, please contact us at [email protected]. If the quality of an item does not meet your expectations you may be subject for return. All game-worn item(s) are non-refundable.  

Our return policy is as follows:
– Return requests must be submitted within 2 days after the item has been delivered.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping. For your protection, we suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information.
-Item(s) must be in the original condition received.
– Shoe boxes should not be used as the packing box.

-Any game-worn item(s) may not be returned. 

No, once an order has been completed we can only deliver to the shipping address that was originally provided.
